Once you upload a list of student numbers from your Student Information System (SIS), we'll match those student numbers to rostered students in your district within Remind. You can do so by finding them via the search bar and individually selecting them to receive your announcement.Īs a class owner, you'll be the only one who sees any replies to your announcement. Also, you can send your announcement to a select group of participants. You can also filter your announcement by teachers, students, or parents to send a role-based message. When you send a class announcement, all the participants in your class will receive the message. However, your group members can leave a group conversation at any time via text, app, or the web. As a result, only you, as the person who sent the message, will receive each person's response - not the entire group. When you attempt to start a group conversation with more than ten people, the message will be sent as an individual message a group message will not be created. You can also use the search bar in the composer or in All Classes to find past group conversations. To message a group you've already created, you can find the group under Recent Group Conversations/Recent Groups in the message composer or under All Classes.
